Moosschwaige Dachau, 1944.

Shortly before Christmas the brother of Ms. Ammon was killed at the front. Ms. Ammon was in hysterics while in the room of the managing director and demanded vacation because she couldn't leave her mother alone. After some consultation, this vacation was granted to her. On this occasion, too, she said that she couldn't fulfil her tasks and that we should let her go.

On Monday, 18th of this month, after both English air raids in Berlin, in the cel department they talked about the air raids and the resulting damages. During this talk Ms. Ammon was reported to have said: "Why is this Saftladen [dump] not hit by a bomb so that I will be free again." This statement has been testified by the department head, Brigitte Quass, Berlin-Kaulsdorf, Hoenowerstr. 63, sitting next to her. All other staff members who with the exception of Ms. Ingeborg Wichert are befriended with Ammon according to Ms. Quass, claim that they haven't heard this statement. The members of the department have testified as follows.

Gisela Hutten, Berlin-Schlachtensee,

who comes from Bochum has called the attacks on Berlin ridiculous. Otherwise she cannot remind anything.

Anneliese Herdt, Berlin -Schlachtensee,

can recall that there was some talk about damages in Zaehringer Strasse. Miss Herdt admits the often-repeated statement made by Ms. Ammon that she had something else in mind.

Ingeborg Wichert, Berlin-Weissensee,

claims that she hasn't heard that statement, however she gives her credit for doing so. Ammon fumed at the company because she didn't get a release. Miss Wichert has heard from Miss Meinhardt that Miss Amon wanted to leave under all circumstances.

Melita Meinhardt, Berlin NW 87,

was told by Miss Ammon often that she wanted to leave at all events although, according to Miss Meinhardt, she has tried the wrong way.

Christa Kuntzen, Berlin-Wilmersdorf,

who is Ammon's closest friend, claims that she hasn't heard the statement. If she [Ms. Ammon] has made it it would have been childishness according to Miss Kuntzen. Miss Ammon might have lost her temper because of her brother's death.

Miss Quass hat testified that in December the whole department and particularly Miss Ammon have asked her to degrade the efforts of Ammon in the face of the managing director so that she would get a release. This was rejected, of course, by Miss Quass.

After all these statements and for the resulting continuous disturbance of labor peace Miss Ammon is no longer sustainable in the studios of Deutsche Zeichenfilm G.m.b.H. If she would get a simple release then she would have achieved her goal. We therefore ask to induce her immediate transfer as tracer to an electric company. It would be appropriate if she wouldn't be transferred to Borsig where presumably her father is working as graduate engineer.-As told in our last phone conversation, it has been abstained from demanding more serious steps because Ms. Ammon has obviously suffered a lot caused by her brother's death four weeks ago.
